Cinnamon chips! Whoever invented them was a gosh darn genius. Thankfully, I got to incorporate that genius into these giant gluten free cinnamon chip muffins and the results are OUTstanding, folks. Give us all the citrus! I recently returned from an absolutely wonderful vacation in France and Italy, and the final week was filled with incredible foods and citrus-centered dishes.
