Homemade donuts always intimidated me and honestly, they’re some of the easiest, most fun desserts you can make for friends and family! These gluten free pumpkin donuts, smothered in an insanely delicious maple cinnamon glaze and sprinkled with chopped toasted pecans, are no exception. Now, they may not be the floofy fried donuts we all know and love (there’s a donut shop just down the street where I used to live in San Francisco and booooy was it a struggle walking past it nearly every day, although none were gluten free so it wasn’t thaaaat big of a struggle), but they’re perfectly just-sweet, cakey, tinged with delicate glaze and crunchy…

Giant Gluten Free Pumpkin Coffee Cake Muffins
Pumpkin season is in full swing and I’m just scrambling to find cans of pumpkin puree here in the UK so that I can make these GIANT gluten free pumpkin coffee cake muffins again for my new roommates! These muffins are an utter dream: they’re fluffy, sooooo pumpkiny, topped with a melt-in-your-mouth pecan streusel AND a maple glaze. Because just pumpkin alone is good, pumpkin and streusel is great, and pumpkin, streusel, and glaze is WOW. They’re actually gosh-darn easy to make too, so don’t let the three sets of ingredients put you off. It’s worth it to get all of these out of the giant muffin pans and show…

Gluten Free Maple Pecan Granola
I started making this gluten free maple pecan granola for my dad because he would it granola every morning with his eggs for breakfast before he went off to work. As I’m sure you’re aware, granola, let alone gluten free granola, can be pretty spendy. Gluten free granola also tends to come in pretty small packages for its steep price. However, once I created this recipe, I can make a batch which fills a liter glass jar in our pantry and keeps us happy for about a month. I make this granola for gifts at the holidays, and always include a ziploc of it in the care package boxes I’ll…

For these gluten free maple glazed donuts we are giving a huge shout out to Simply Delish for this recipe inspiration! This one uses their vanilla pudding boxed mix (a good staple to have in the pantry!) and if you’re into it, use our specific link here to go check out their products, and…

Gluten Free Maple Hazelnut and Pear Upside Down Cake
If you’re like me, you’ve got two boxes of Harry & David’s “Fancy Gift Pears” sitting on your counter and you’ve already challenged your significant other to a competition for who can eat the most pear slices in one evening and there are still SO MANY PEARS LEFT. Thank you, mom, for these amazing pears, but what do we do with them now? We need to host a pear party. Or, look up recipes for pear desserts until inspiration strikes and you’re motivated enough to get off of the couch after work and toss this incredible cake in the oven. I promise you, it’s worth the effort. The main inspiration…
