This recipe is AGE OLD. I remember my mom making giant chocolate zucchini sheet cakes and covering them with her homemade fudge sauce when I was maybe 5 or 6 years old for any and every potluck or family event. Zucchini has been my ultimate veggie staple since sixth grade. Weird? Maybe.
